      Avantages

      K2 Partnering Solutions is a very specialized consultative staffing, education and human cloud company. I am amazed to see the professionalism, employee care and engagement from the leadership and even a junior most employee. Lots of opportunities if you want to have global career! I continue to learn from everyone around and every sales and recruiting professional is so very unique and highly enthusiastic.

      Inconvénients

      None that I have come across. You have to be open to taking on newer assignments/opportunities.

      Avantages

      You have nice people working there. But they are hijacked by a promise of a global consulting experience and/or an equity payout which does not exist.

      Inconvénients

      Corrupt Management doing everything in their power to post numbers. Job cuts. Lack of strategy. Disconnected ownership and WORSE: C-Level leadership involved in unethical behavior. They lack experience and treat people horribly. More than half of the team taken on the Sales "Incentive" trip were fired within months. CHRO is clueless and should resign if she had any honor. They force people to bypass laws and engage in unethical activity. Rotation and law suits are the norm.
