The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Most managers allow scheduling changes when an employee has something going on - for example taking a late lunch to pick up a child from school. Coworkers are caring.
Inconvénients
The company does not honor promised made by HR when people are hired. Most positions pay below national and local averages. The company does not offer merit raises so most employees are not motivated to work hard or improve performance. There is very little opportunity for advancement. If you are offered another position management tries to call everything a lateral move so they don't have to give a raise. The offices and bathrooms are filthy. Air quality is poor. The heating and air systems do not properly manage air temperature. Morale is very bad. Most employees are not content.
