      The front line staff look after each other.

      Inconvénients

      The rules are changed on the spot without notice and without support. Removed work/life balance and made life difficult because they didn't want to follow the laws set by Fair Work. Promote themselves as a family company but don't care about yours.

      Payment is made the following week after the work is completed.

      Inconvénients

      If something gets damaged, you have to pay for it out of your own pocket. They don't pay for travel time and they don't pay for lunch breaks, unlike what happens in the market.
