      Avantages

      Good environment, friendly culture, beautiful campus, good communication

      Inconvénients

      Compensation is lacking in general, but due to a 2 year hiring freeze all promotions are halted until further notice. No alternative benefits are offered to smooth over the period. Rough patches happen, but I feel more could have been done pertaining to the employees.

      Avantages

      The job was really insightful and opened you up to first-hand IT experience. There's not a lot of pressure as a student employee, and it opens you to diff opportunity across campus. My bosses were really helpful and assisted with balancing scool work and the Job

      Inconvénients

      The pay wasn't the best as compared to some other roles on campus, but as you get promoted in the role few dollars get added. I think it's just a university-wide issue
