      The people I personally worked with were lovely

      Inconvénients

      The company is dodgy. I was paid from outside my country (and all HR were in a different country too) so it made my life and building a credit score difficult (because it was registering as me having foreign income). The owner is an old guy who just buys/founds businesses then barely pays any attention to them.

      I joined Key Media in June of 2021 and I've had an amazing working experience so far! As someone with a marketing background I was looking for more creative freedom, and that is exactly what I got! Management is very empowering and helps you reach your goals, but gives you the flexibility and creative freedom to work on projects without being micro-managed. Plenty of opportunities for growth within the company as well. HR was very helpful with on-boarding and connecting me with staff I would be working with on a regular basis. Overall I am extremely happy with Key Media and look forward to growing my career here!
