      the office is in an accessible location

      Inconvénients

      Some managers are hostile even if you are not their direct reports. They incentivize bad behaviors of management (promoting them or giving business-related trips) instead of actually listening to their employees' grievances. LOL.

      Avantages

      I joined Key Media in June of 2021 and I've had an amazing working experience so far! As someone with a marketing background I was looking for more creative freedom, and that is exactly what I got! Management is very empowering and helps you reach your goals, but gives you the flexibility and creative freedom to work on projects without being micro-managed. Plenty of opportunities for growth within the company as well. HR was very helpful with on-boarding and connecting me with staff I would be working with on a regular basis. Overall I am extremely happy with Key Media and look forward to growing my career here!
