Avantages

I joined Keyideas in 2023. Got offer from MNC but i would not disclose the name here but they did not onboard me so at that time I saw Keyideas posting and applied on the same. The interview process was smooth and fast and the onboarding process was quickly done. I joined as a software developer fresher- trainee role. Since it was virtual initally i had to do lot of self learning but later on with the guided effort of my mentors i was able to pick up things qucikly. They put me on client projects after 2months. I continued in this organization for two years now. I am no longer working with them as i am leaving for my higher studies to US in September. But i will always cherish my first experience at Keyideas. They taught me to be responsive to team, collaborate on projects, discipline by the HR team to be punctual and on time with the deliveries, drafting of mails etc. All this has helped me be proactive and so i could dream of pursuing higher studies. I will be always thankful to the entire team at Keyideas.

Inconvénients

The pressure and demand is High and to live upto the expectation is always a challenge but it will alsways help in the long run.

Avantages

1. My design manager was supportive. 2. My peers were also good who faced the same issues with company like me.

Inconvénients

1. They will track your computer. If you take break for more than 10 mins, the system says that you are sitting idle n don't do any work 2. Toxic HR n CEO 3. You can join for internship if you are not getting any other offers. But don't become an employee.

Avantages

Honestly, none worth mentioning. They’ll hire you fast, but don’t be fooled. You’ll only get an offer letter — no proper onboarding, no policy documents, nothing in writing except a long bond clause. Once you start, HR becomes your daily boss. They interfere in every task and expect status updates every 30 minutes — even if you're already doing focused work. The worst part? You’re forced to install DeskTime, which records your screen and tracks your every move. Unless your DeskTime shows 8.5+ hours daily, they cut your salary — even if your tasks are completed. And no surprise — salary is often delayed. There’s a ₹1.5 lakh bond if you don’t serve the full notice period, and HR can extend your notice period at will. It's all one-sided and completely exploitative.
