Avantages

There is no pros to working for keys!

Inconvénients

Awful company to work for, they are in it for the money rather than caring for the young people. Staff are pushed to breaking point. There is no staff care in place. Salary is awful. Management left in place that just bully and manipulate staff till they can't take anymore - would rather brush stuff under the carpet regarding any concerns raised safeguarding or otherwise.

Avantages

Helping support vulnerable children and enriching their lives.

Inconvénients

Long hours, toxic management, expected to come in to work during days off for team meetings & “training” regularly. Management try to emotionally blackmail staff to pick up overtime and again are passive aggressive when you’re unable to. Incidents with the children are routine and staff welfare is non existent. Hours are extremely long and you will spend 48 hours in work (including a sleep in) which is often broken and disrupted. This was something that was not made aware to me during interview.

Avantages

Good hourly rate and excellent colleagues.

Inconvénients

No sick pay. Inexperienced and incapable management. Initially you will be sent to work in houses up to 2 hours away. Training is a bit hit and miss. A very stressful job.
