      Avantages

      Besides the money,and certain people you work with.

      Inconvénients

      No set training, misguided directions. No real sense of what to do, or how to do it. All about the higher ups making their money and they look good. One person slows,the whole department pays for it. Watch as other employees leave before you while you stay back to finish, when it's supposed to be a group matter. Joke
