Avantages
It’s easy working for such a well-established company that already has everything figured out All necessary systems and processes are in place, you just have to follow them Job roles are clearly outlined and nothing is expected outside of one’s given job description Career paths are laid out for those who are willing to put in the time and effort to move up. Management sticks with what they know, so every day is consistent and fairly predictable.
Inconvénients
Things aren’t constantly changing day to day , but it’s worth adding to this review so that anyone looking for that kind of environment will know this isn’t it.
