      Avantages

      I enjoyed the work I was doing. I enjoyed the challenges and it was rewarding because I was passionate about the work I was doing.

      Inconvénients

      I was so excited to work at LAHSA because of the diversity but have never experienced such racism before. I would never recommend this place to friends or colleagues. There’s also too much funding and money in the homeless services for staff to feel so under supported and for there to be such a lack of resource.

      Avantages

      Working at LAHSA is a great place you will learn a lot about housing policies and get to work with stakeholders from different agencies. Has a supportive team environment and great benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Can be hard to get in and obtain upper level management roles.
