      people are friendly and ages are in average of 30 years.

      Inconvénients

      No motivation system at all ,no promotions for employess ,no clear strategy for the coming years! people are staying becuase they don't have another place to go!

      Avantages

      Good experience in Internet service provider environment with good chance for gaining knowledge and learn a lot of technologies .

      Inconvénients

      Working plan was in shift​ basis and I didn't like the night shift too much as I like to work in normal business hours.
