Avantages
If you're just starting out in this industry, this is a good place to learn the basics of lab diagnostics. The coworkers and atmosphere is quite nice and the supervisors are insistent but not demanding. The time-off is decent for this type of position, as well.
Inconvénients
Although employees of the same shift tend to get along, there is significant tension between shifts especially first shift and the others, as management tends to favor first shift. Once you get past the basics of the labwork and the way it is run there is not very much to learn anymore as work is more production based. Furthermore, management is very bloated so there is no expectation of being promoted upwards, really. I recommend getting your experience and getting out.
