This job requires you to be fully and proficiently bilingual and it does not pay like a bilingual job at all. 15 dollars an hour to be fully bilingual and have knowledge of so many industries feels like taking advantage of a job market that is already not offering enough. Interpreting is a serious job and it is very sad that a company that provides interpretation services decides to pay so little to their interpreter. Also ZERO benefits at all. Hourly pay rate should start at least at $20 for it to make sense. Who can live of off 15 dolars an hour? This company does not pay you for being bilingual at all. They pay even less than the average monolingual customer service agent.
Also you have back to back calls all day long.
