      Good benefits like unlimited PTO, and the usual health insurance, pension contributions etc. Good engineering work which will add to your portfolio of work and make you a stronger engineer.

      Leadership is poor, communication is inconsistent, and the overall culture feels secretive and “need-to-know only,” which makes it difficult to do your job effectively. Expectations constantly change without transparency or support.
