      Avantages

      Employees are great to work with and created great friendships.Client are great to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Management is incompetent. Bonus structure is based primarily off of hear say and not your actual work. Very unprofessional atmosphere and is very much a "boys club" and I do not thrive in that kind of environment. Pay is mediocre and some management at times are disrespectful and rude to avoid responsibility of a failed project. Stay away.

      We invest a great deal of time and money in the development of our people. I think your critique might be a bit extreme, however, I have shared these comments with our leadership team, and I hope that we become more sensitive to this type of impression. I feel that our bonus plans are structured and well conceived, and I feel that our managers are very conscientious about ensuring that each employee understands their compensation program. For the record, we expect all of our managers and employees to treat each other in a professional and respectful manner. Rudeness and disrespectful behavior are not tolerated for anyone under any circumstances.       Avantages

      The last year I worked at Lewan, was 2001. The company is still thriving, and doing “Big Things”. My oldest brother has worked, at Lewan, for 30+ years & wouldn’t dream, of going anywhere else. The benefit package, was excellent & to have “Presidents Club”, to work towards, as a sales goal, was challenging, but worth all that hard work, in the end.

      Inconvénients

      I honestly can’t think of really any cons, it was a family environment & The camaraderie, was a positive experience. They taught me everything, I know about sales.
