      The mission is one I believed in, but they put profit over people.

      Inconvénients

      This was a very toxic environment from the leadership to the CEO.

      Avantages

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Inconvénients

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
