      No weekends or holidays. Staff mostly helpful.

      Inconvénients

      Client appointment times running over schedule. Np keeping client up to an hour for a 15 min scheduled appt. Clients not showing up. Have to meet productivity.

      Flexible work schedule. good benefits package, Pleasant work environment among staff.

      Inconvénients

      As a not for profit, it is difficult to compete with some of the larger for-profit organizations when recruiting and retaining staff.
