      Avantages

      I’m grateful for the chance to work here, especially after a disappointing experience in another company. The work is steady, with solid compensation. I like the remote setup, and the projects are interesting. In addition, managers give me the flexibility and independence I need to stay productive.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of back-and-forth when requirements aren’t clear from the start

      Avantages

      The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

      Inconvénients

      Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.
