Avantages
The team is organized and efficient, and people help one another when call volumes surge. The training covers the fundamentals well, so it doesn’t take long to get comfortable with the systems and processes. I also like that managers communicate expectations clearly and listen to suggestions. The workload is manageable on most days, and schedules are planned well. The pay and benefits are satisfactory.
Inconvénients
It's hard to be nice and polite all day, especially when some callers aren't.
