( on top of the extra $ for driving your own vehicle they refill 100% the amount of gas spent from the start until the end of the day) Equipment provided. ( They provide you with anything that your position require, camera , flash, iPad, all they need it is, just providing the best of you as a person and employer) Independent. (You get your schedule one day ahead and you work on your own, after you finish you drop your memory cards or equipments and you are good to go home)
Inconvénients
*scheduling (Because of the Bussines nature they can’t provide earlier that one day ahead with your start time. That makes it harder to plan anything ahead unless you request ahead the day or certain hours off ) *Sometimes slows down. (You have to be very well self management as there are times where there are a lot of overtime’s and there are times where it get slow but not for too long, you have to make sure to manage or save those overtime hours when it gets slow)
