Management will make lower level employees do their jobs and charge customers full price. Constantly being watched to make sure that your productivity levels are at an all time high, even though others will miss deadlines and see no consequences. Employees are asked to give up work from home days, work through lunch breaks or stay late multiple times per week. The "hustle" culture was so bad I even heard people discussing who took how many bathroom breaks in one day, is productivity that important? Good luck trying to discuss any issues with HR as they are only available part time. Management will fire employees with no documented issues or prior notices yet play favorites to those who are slacking. Constant gossip of who is leaving the company or looking for a job. Little flexibility to leave early for personal reasons even if you stayed late the day before or came in early. Expected to answer the phone on your days off. Dealing with unhappy clients because of late or missed deadlines is common. Employees will get into disagreements and you will hear public arguing in the office. People who have been with the company for years will leave because they don't feel secure in their job. Turnover is high. By far the worst workplace I have ever encountered.
