Inconvénients

Contract is ending within the month and there has been no official email to warn associates of the impending loss of their job. Also when onboarded was told about a great learning package. Said learning package is only usable after 5 years with the company and must be paid back if you leave within a year after utilizing the resource. None of which was disclosed.

I'm sorry you feel there is dishonesty within our company. Just for the sake of clarity when it comes to the education reimbursement program, we have actually improved the benefit over a year ago so that a employee becomes eligible for this benefit after 6 months. Prior to the change the policy was sent to 1 year of service before being in eligible. Our employees also would only have to repay if they were let go for cause or voluntarily resigned. All this can be found in the employee handbook.
