      Trying to establish yourself in a large company while being new is hard

      Avantages

      Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

      Inconvénients

      No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
