      + Ein sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Team + Man merkt, dass alle Mitarbeiter absolut hinter dem Produkt stehen und man weiß, wofür man jeden Morgen ins Büro geht + Viele gemeinsame Teamevents + Zentrale Lage mit schöner Sonnenterasse

      Eher Herausforderungen als Kontras: - Konstruktives Feedback zu geben und zu bekommen steht hier auf der Tagesordnung. Eine Offenheit diesbezüglich ist wichtig. - Hohe Verantwortung im eigenen Bereich, wobei alle Kollegen jederzeit zu Hilfe oder Feedback ansprechbar sind
