1. Bullying culture from management 2. Working at Lowe Rental was like being in a soap opera with management manipulating situations to create drama and trouble for staff for no reason at all 3. No guidance in what is wanted from employees - expectations change so can't keep up with what to do 4. Worked a lot of over-time with no thanks 5. No funds invested into moving company forward 6. Family members being placed in leadership positions doesn't work 7. You will go home in tears on numerous occasions 8. Extremely high turnover of staff - a particular department loses good employees regularly - the current team are all different from last year 9. Promises from management not kept 10. Just a horrible place to work
