      Avantages

      You get to work at home and MModal supplies the computer and monitor. That's it.

      Inconvénients

      Nonexistent paycheck, quality standards that are unreasonable to attain and retain, have to work all holidays unless submission of time off request is approved by mgmt.

      Avantages

      The community is excellent and management is reasonable. People collaborate well, and it is a good place to learn new skills and develop new ideas. The disability accommodations are unparalleled.

      Inconvénients

      Pay. The yearly raises do not keep up with inflation. Each year more work is met with less compensation.
