The culture, the benefits, the people, the leadership, everything. When I started, I knew very quickly that this might’ve been the luckiest job I’ve ever landed. I could not say enough positive things about MAS.

I’d have to really think and knit pick to find something bad to say. If anything, the company is growing at a very rapid pace which inevitably leads to rapid changes and a lot of fluidity in the company. I think you could view that as a pro too, but I know the growth also comes with a bit of chaos from time to time.

Great benefits including sports tickets and company provided lunches. Personable people.

Lack of performance feedback and coaching to build up employees. Sudden changes in personnel with no backup plan.
