      Avantages

      Hired very quickly and 100% Remote work. Good benefits for being a relatively small company. Fast paced if you love that type of culture. Management is open to suggestions, recognizes and rewards employees who are excelling in their positions. Majority of colleagues are true team players that keep the best interest of customers and the business in mind.

      Inconvénients

      Senior management wear multiple hats. It would be great if you could have a dedicated trainer for new hire training.

      There is an amazing work life balance here. If you do well you are trusted to do your job well! This is something I really appreciate coming from an organization that didn't have this.
