Respect Human space , Employee empowerment , Premium salary payer among Egyptian Market. Career advancement is better now , Good company image in the market. Options of internal transfer among ME subsidiaries.
Inconvénients
Low incentive schemes compared to peer companies. Too much change ( Structure , management , Systems applied). Extremely crippling governance measures. Very low flexibility for creativity. Opportunities are mainly available for head office employees regardless offsite employees.
