You can huddle with other employees and complain about how terrible management is and there's a 24 hour gym next door to blow off steam.

The managing director is disrespectful and unprofessional. Employees are easily disrespected verbally, and you never receive praise for doing a good job. Only insults when results fall short to expectations. The other directors enable his behavior and occasionally partake in the unprofessionalism.

There are no pros working for this company. I wish I had listened in the interview and realised how much trouble the company was in. The only pro to being apart of this business is they are flexible when it comes to work life balance / appointments etc.

- Bad management and was never was online. - No training provided - Old equipment provided - No motivation from anyone especially managers - No communication - Would speak to customers like rubbish and nothing was ever our fault always the customers The list is endless. I wish I had done my research on this company as it’s the worst mistake I have ever made. The staff turnover here is out of control, that even the customers are now complaining about it. Avoid this company at all costs. The amount of people who have been in my position and in this role is unreal.
