      -The best Cisco solution partner in HK. Young people can equip with solid networking skill in short time under high density of on-job training -Generally people are hard working and willing to learn -Not much political issue -Some experienced manager are still passionate and willing to teach and bring up young people

      Inconvénients

      -Long working hours for front-end field engineers -Too networking solution focus, not diverse to the advanced technologies

      Many Business opportunities Direct Superior is very nice and supportive Probably will not collapse

      Compensation Package is lower than average Complicated and Tedious working procedures Cannot retain skilful and heartfelt staff for both technical and sales positions Many teams and departments but you never know what values they are
