      Director and Manager are nice to me. Work life balance. Clear division of work responsibilities.

      There are few marketing teams in our company. So it might have some competitive strength with each team. Sometimes it may be stressful for us.

      Avantages

      Nice team and friendly colleagues, easy to get along with. Team leader is generally supportive and gives room to do your work. Good exposure to the investment or fintech space.

      Inconvénients

      Things can move quite fast and directions may change along the way. Management style is a bit top-down at times, and processes are still not very structured.
