Not Good for Freshers - Avis employé Software Engineer Trainee Magic EdTech

Let me told you the harsh reality of this organisation. 1. I got selected in February as a intern in this organization. 2. When I joined this company, I got to know that there are already a batch of interns exist from January. Okay that's not any issue. 3. In orientation program, everyone, literally evey single person told us that Magic's INTERS to PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT rate is 98 percent. I feel that that's a very good company 😂😂. I was dreaming everything a fresher can do. 3. And then, they started our training program. I don't know from the whole world they find a trainer who don't know how to teach the students. 4. They told us that there will a test from which your package will be decided. 5. One day, result of first batch came out and then, they fired 12 interns from 27 without any single clarification. 6. Now, we have gave the test and fired around 22 interns. 7. Our lovely manager , told that those who passed the test will become FTE now. Luckily I passed the test. 8. One day, on 29 June, Manager and HR invited us in a room and congratulate us that we will be going to convert as FTE. We all were happy but in very next moment this happiness converted into sadness. They told us you will be onboarded as a FTE in January 2024. We all were shocked but can't do anything. 9. They onboarded 9 interns with highest package from July. Promised to gave joining to 10 interns in October with medium package. And we got joining in January. 10. That's my story. So I recommend every freshers don't go for this company. It's a trap guys it's a trap. Internal politics will kill you. I'm not sure whether they will on-board us everyone in January or not. I'm searching for another company. Don't believe Managers as well as the management. This company ruined my career. I just request to our lovely manager , please give joining to them to whom you have promised. You failed as a good manager. 🙂🙂
