More incentives needed! - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Main Line Broadcasting

Salary is poor compared to other companies in the same industry. Even for those who've worked for the company for several years. Benefits suck. Health insurance company is one of the worst. Rates are way too high. No incentives whatsoever. No annual bonuses, they no longer match your 401-K, no profit sharing, they don't even offer an annual Christmas party! Only see the "big-wigs" once every couple of years. With cut-backs, each employee is expected to wear too many hats - yet they don't get any bonuses or salary increases. Just an occasional pat on the back, which is nice but doesn't pay the rent!!
