      Avantages

      MMIT has an excellent entrepreneurial spirit, and progressive, customer focused thinking. There is a strong propensity for driving the workforce to anticipate customer needs. If you like fast-paced busy workloads and you like interacting with leadership on a daily basis this is the place to work!

      Inconvénients

      In a fast-paced, customer focused environment change happens a lot. Hierarchies and positions that are not effective are reviewed and changed regularly. The company is in growth mode and so the pace is hectic and sometimes you are stretched beyond your capacity. It can be scary and uncomfortable.

      Work from home was good.

      Inconvénients

      They literally only promote the same 2 people at the firm. Completely unfair how they treat associates. They worship a handful of people as if they are gods. No growth opportunities at all. I’m telling you they will continue to only promote the same handful of people.
