      The company is very dynamic and fast paced, it changes and moves very quickly.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is not cohesive. Lacks a true strategic vision. Often swayed by what the PE firms desire.

      Thank you for taking the time to offer feedback. We have a vision and I see people across the organization delivering to the vision everyday. Our efforts are dictated by the market and customer needs. I always welcome feedback on how I can better articulate our vision to our colleagues.

      Avantages

      Work from home was good.

      Inconvénients

      They literally only promote the same 2 people at the firm. Completely unfair how they treat associates. They worship a handful of people as if they are gods. No growth opportunities at all. I’m telling you they will continue to only promote the same handful of people.
