Avantages
As eHealth has grown the various business sectors have created individual cultures, so it is difficult to speak of the entire organization. My comments are limited to the Project Management Office.
My work experience has been varied, challenging, exciting and rewarding. I have rarely felt stressed in my job because of the great team culture that exists in the PMO. I feel valued as an employee and I believe that management is working fairly and compassionately with the team.
Inconvénients
For younger employees looking for advancement there are limited opportunities.
There is no significant investment in education.
The current provincial healthcare budget has reduced opportunities to join eHealth.
The benefits are not as good as what is offered by private companies
