This company can lead the list of organisations that treat their remote employees poorly, while sharing pictures of gender neutral bathrooms on social media. Remote employees, specifically in India, are simply around for the pretty diversity numbers they want to have - and diversity initiatives are focussed around hiring not around retention or support. It's not uncommon for remote employees in India to stay up till 2.00 a.m or 3.00 a.m so they can get onboarded by their American, white peers in the US during their workday. No support for remote employees or career growth opportunities. Constantly changing priorities and constantly changing reorganisation, with little accountability on the American management. No opportunities for remote employees to build skills.
