      Avantages

      i really can think of zero.

      Inconvénients

      low pay compared to industry. In best financial year they gave out 2% raises. Too many chiefs more management staff then needed & constant threats of layoffs. Promise one thing get another. Systems are really old and have to work out of multiple just to complete a simple task. Declined so bad that had to have AZ reps move to handle claims out of MA. Working remote during COVID was a nightmare and either no assistance or over micromanaged no balance.

      Avantages

      The people working there form a great team. The workplace has decent flexibility hours and work from home arrangements; however, work from home is extremely tedious and doesn't work well - leading to potential issues.

      Inconvénients

      Low & uncompetitive salaries. Work is never ending, in a bad way. Decisions are made without considering the right employees and there is a major cost cutting exercise by eliminating employees, meaning not a steady job.
