      Avantages

      Large global company that continues to grow. You learn a lot about the industry.

      Inconvénients

      Resources are not shared between sub companies. Do not expect promotions or salary increases. They do not pay bonuses and make you work Christmas Eve. Very micromanaged.. They even count the keystrokes on your computer.
