Avantages

All seven days we need to work There is no leave concept Salary is good Psycho management No good infrastructure Who is working as consultant, they will treat them like slaves Higher management is good(Goutham,dheen, sesha,shoubik, amlan, Ali Hasmi)

Inconvénients

Seniors won't share the knowledge Always we need to depend on them There is no holiday policy All senior people are worst There is no proper documents for any process If any new member joined in any process senior people never share the knowledge In this thing higher management also not able to do any action in this
