Avantages

As a fresh graduate from grad school, I wasn't very sure about my interests. The EDG program helped me explore various teams within MathWorks and do projects with them. The guidance provided by managers are goal-oriented and directional. My fellow EDGers are smart and very helpful.

Inconvénients

Due to COVID-19, my onboarding was done online. Though MathWorks did their best for us to have a positive experience, it would have been nice to interact with fellow EDGers.

Overall, the organization takes a very staff-focused approach, prioritizing employee well-being and fostering an environment where people feel supported and valued.
