Wonderful people and culture! The work environment is collaborative, supportive, and inclusive. Leadership truly cares about the well-being and professional development of its employees. The team is fantastic, and we have a culture of open communication and mutual respect. They're also very focused on maintaining a healthy work-life balance, which I really appreciate. Overall, I feel valued as an employee at McGrath RentCorp and am excited for what the future holds. Highly recommend!
