      Good working culture, great industry exposure, opportunity to work on real projects, good team and strong teamwork, flexible work environment, hybrid work model. Also, Meal and Transport facilities.

      Inconvénients

      Workload can be heavy during peak periods, long working hours at times, compensation growth is relatively slow.

      Avantages

      Remote flexibility, which is nice.

      Inconvénients

      You will not get a raise and if you do, it'll be 1%. Managers will not help you with escalating issues, you're on your own. It'll be blamed on you. You'll work so much overtime you won't have a social life.
