      They give you exposition, tools, flexibility and it´s you who set your own limits.

      Inconvénients

      At the initial and middle levels, the compensation is not aligned to the level of exigency or expected dedication. The comparison market that uses to define their salaries is the service industry that is always the lowest.

      Avantages

      Remote flexibility, which is nice.

      Inconvénients

      You will not get a raise and if you do, it'll be 1%. Managers will not help you with escalating issues, you're on your own. It'll be blamed on you. You'll work so much overtime you won't have a social life.
