Avantages

Friendly staff... My word minimum is 20 and I find it very difficult to say great things about working here

Inconvénients

Staff is treated as if they are disposable, cutting schedules is often to common, Too many Managers on the floor and lack of communication. What makes this place is the under appreciated staff, God bless their soul for coming into work everyday to the most dysfunctional restaurant in the business that will only look great on your resume...Run as fast as you can from this place.

Avantages

The place has had 20 years in SoHo- so, business isn't hurting and they won't be closing any time soon. Job security.

Inconvénients

They are seemingly willing to hire anyone, experience is irrelevant. Turnover in FOH and management is rampant. There are a lot of rules on paper but with 120 FOH staff, your fellow employees are sometimes more stressful than the worst guest. There is no real transparency regarding the money you are paid. Every pay day is scary because you just have no idea if you're being paid what you are truly owed. Speaking up and asking for reconciliation is met with an extremely defensive attitude and empty promises that it will be "looked into."
