Avantages
Sadly nothing. I was offerred a higher basic salary in comparison to my first job at my first employer. Apparently the basic pay is all you get. No overtime pay, no reimbursement for commute/parking, no lunch allowance, no mobile data/internet subsidy, nothing. Plus, it's a 100% WFO job. Poor me, I ended up losing money.
Inconvénients
Creepy work setting. You spend the first 10 hours at the office, following another 5-6 hours at the commisioner's penthouse to prepare for a daily escalation. That wasn't part of the job description, but that's all I can say about the disorientation between the HR department and the user. I submitted my resignation 15 days after my job. Never been so relieved.
