      Avantages

      No accountability. Relaxed dress. Good design and products that are in high demand. nice office.

      Inconvénients

      No leadership. Incredibly stressful environment. Lack of any sort of direction. High turn over in staff. The family feel of the company is restricted to only a certain number of staff. Designers that are protected. Playground type politics. Owner that is out of her depth.

      Avantages

      Company goes out of its way to keep employees engaged and happy. Family friendly environment. Great growth prospects for committed employees.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of new employees in the last two years due to growth has led to some inter-company communication issues.

      Great product and casual atmosphere

      Inconvénients

      Management communication can come off as condescending and off putting. There is a lack of leadership that fails to own up to mistakes and show accountability.
