As a fresher, it exposes you to Business Intelligence and imparts you with technical skill and necessary business skills. Inconvénients
The Company has a predatory approach. It recruits students (off campus) from BITS and alike colleges and pays them less compared to the general market standards. They fire more than 40% employees in the first year without paying their variable pay. Variable pay (bonus) will be paid in September instead of march and most employees are fired by may denying their variable pay. Unethical behaviour when it comes to notice period.
